I found this restaurant by walking the streets of Hamilton and every time I walked past it was buzzing with large groups of people that were all stuffing there faces while enjoying beverages.
I finally decided to go and I was met with the exact same ambience I had witnessed before and I felt excited to finally be a part of it.
Sichuan style is true to its name and represents exactly what it is promoting!!Prepare for the spice but also take note of the beautiful flavours and textures of the cooking before the heat kicks in (if you order a spicy dish)
The prices are above average but can also be balanced by taking advantage of the Full license with a corkage fee of $10

It was my first time eating there with my family yesterday night but believe me its the best Chinese restaurant in town.
The staff and the service 5star.The owner is super friendly and ask us about the food and service.
The owner allow us to finish our meal even after they close the restaurant as we haven't finished our meal.
They have wide range of different dishes.

Usually Sichuan Restaurant knocks it out of the park, but sadly not this time. Crispy Pork was pretty bland, green beans whilst fine were unremarkable and some chilli beef/onion dish was also forgettable. Even the brown sugar gooey drink my husband gets, wasn't as good as usual. Don't get me wrong this visit won't put us off for life, but a swing and a miss on this occasion.
